To make this carrot beef stew:there are few ingredients needed which could be easily seen and afforded. They are pepper, beef, carrot onions ,vegetable oil, boiled fish, Maggi seasoning, salt and cray fish(not necessary). In making our delicious carrot stew, few steps are needed in which firstly, we are to peel the carrot, wash well and scrub off any sort, grind the carrot in which would be as shaft . When that's done, put the pot on fire, when the pot is hot: add your vegetable oil into the pot and your well sliced onions. Add your grinded pepper into the oil and mix well: add your salt, Maggi seasoning, your stock fish,boiled fish, beef and cray fish into the pot and mix carefully. Cover the pot for some minutes to fry and add your grinded carrot into your stew and stir till you no longer see the shaft carrot again. Cover and leave for few minutes :and guess what? Your delicious carrot beef stew is ready to be served with either rice, yam, beans or any preferred meal.
