1. COPE WITH YOUR FEELINGS GENTLY
Think of what went wrong and try to cope with your feelings without forcing yourself to get over the breakup instantly. Fighting your feelings and being hard on yourself could cause more harm than good.
2.AVOID DRUGS
Turning on to drugs during a heartbreak might lead into an addiction. When all those memories and emotions starts flashing by, find something else to do, like taking a walk other than turning on to drugs.
3.TAKE CONTROL
Sometimes a wave of emotions might come haunting you. You might feel guilty even when you know your partner was wrong. Get rid of everything that can bring all those, things like gifts from your ex,videos and pictures. You have the power over you don't let anybody or anything take that from you
4.SHARE YOUR FEELINGS
Talk to the people you love, let them know how you feel about the breakup. Their warm embrace and advice can bring peace in your mind and heart.
5. BE POSITIVE
Open your heart and mind to possibilities. You might meet someone who can love you and take away all the pain you have been through.
6. START A NEW LIFE
If your were living with your ex, start over again. Get new hobbies, find new friends to help you adjust
7. BE STRESS FREE
If you feel the whole breakup stress is overwhelming you. Get help from a counselor or call helplines to help you get through it.
