Life in a democracy is 'dreamy and free' is a misnomer with greatest of freedom comes greatest of complacency guaranteeing the safety of this prestigious freedom will be not taking it for granted with discipline we can nurture the baby of freedom or it will turn into adult with behavioural problems. Democratic values are also not to be made available for autocrats it wouldn't mean much to them. The instability of the democracies around the world is due to the fact that we are no democrats to begin with its so important to be honest with oneself first then everything else will follow. Our honest people will choose honest representatives and they will share with us honest statistics to show us where our world is going and we can together build on from that honest base.
Many laws and policies are passed and framed in a parliament or by the representatives of people in a democracy by whichever way considered vogue and people, the pariah of democracy keep watching muted. A370 was made dysfuntional, CAA was passed in India. People came out in protest from everywhere on CAA some of the mobs were voilent too but they were being neutralized and even killed in the process like they would be in any autocratic setup. It takes immense amount of discipline to not to kill, people who are aggressive, with arms in hand and also takes character not to get aggressive even when you are being pushed to the wall. Democracies need these extraordinary people only then they can be saved from going into autocracy.
What if it was not the life we were responsible for but it was death and death alone that made us feel responsible. What if this fear was slowly becoming all that there is like corruption of government offices, black money of beaurocrates. Why can't we overcome this fear? Why can't we be free if we want to be free, what's stopping us? Is it all about our upbringing, our genes, or is this fear a propaganda of an autocratic thinker of our democracy. Why does propagandas have such deep effects on us again genes, we never really grow up maybe we still believe there is a ghost in the dark because our parents fed us with that easy lie to keep us safe we can't judge the intentions of our parents but we have every right to judge our governments, we have chosen them. Whoever will write or speak or do anything against their autocratic governments will face the music from far reaching and powerful propaganda and in the streets a much powerful brutalising force will manhandle everything and turn you against you to the worst ends. Knowing that and accordingly plan everything else is what a person should do. There is a need for evolution in that regard too like at everywhere else, an evolution of resistence and dissent would make antiresistance evolve too but that's what has always happened and that's will keep happening as long as world exists.
