Friendship or Foes.
“You can count your true friends on the number of fingers you have in one hand." A universal famous quote.
We love being surrounded by our friends, together in a party ,going in a mall for a shopping and a party.
They also became our crying shoulder; at the same our best enemy.
It was a fresh summer day when our family planned for a trip in our Province. A nature tripping, includes the mountain hiking. Because our land is place of highland.
"Hey!Yua! Do you want to come with us?" I asked her with a big smile plaster on my lips, I knew she would say yes.
"H-huh? Where?" She asked, confusion on her tone is dripping off.
"We're going to a trip. Mountain hikings! Swimming in a beach and many more that our province offer." I said. With that she slowly beam.
Her tears are slowly sliding on her cheeks. "Thank you!" Then, she hugged me.
I just shook my head. Yua grew up having no parents, and I pity her with that. And every time I saw her eyes it was filled of sadness and grief. And I know why she cries she's missing them and seeing us, as her family.
"Mom? Can Yua come with us in our trip?" I asked my mom, she's in the kitchen. Baking pastry for our snack.
"Ofcourse, dear," she said.
Yes, I treated her as a dear friend, and more than that. Because I treated her as a sister. But everything falls off since that day came. The day that ruin our friendship and closeness.
We were in high school, both 17.
I thought we're okay, but...
"Yua is backstabbing you!" One of my friend, Aya, said.
She told me all the defamation doings of Yua, my friend, that she's calling me such: a slut and a cheater.
I don't why, it shattered my heart into pieces , why did her do such things? Did I even do bad?
I just sigh with that thought.
I thought she's my friend and also my sister who can be my crying shoulder but it's all gone, my illusions she backtab me , she's the one I didn't expect to stab me at the with his hurtful words and chattering.
And now here I am writing articles, not to bad mouth her but to express my sentiments.
In these world, there are 3 types of friends living in the world.
1. The always positive
"Don't worry my friend, we will graduate together in the college! "
2.The Nerdy one
"I should get going."
"Where are you going?"
"To the library, just scanning."
3. The party goer.
"Wooh! Come on just give a one shot!"
4. The nagger one.
"Omygosh! You're late 20 minutes late in our Science class! What did you do last night and you come up here so late!"
Matching roll eyes.
5. And the fake one, camouflaging ,siiting in a golden platter but nothing as a snake.
"Did you guys know, that she's cheating on our exam."
So dear, be aware to know who's true or fake.
