The most Expensive and Cheapest places to buy a Property in North Wales, UK

Home prices in every UK ward were recently made public by the Office for National Statistics. The data show which areas of each county have very high entry costs for purchasers, and which have lower pricing or more affordable regions.

The two wards in each of North Wales' counties that have the highest and lowest average house prices are listed below.

1--Anglesey :Anglesey is broken up into larger wards that have more than one representative each.

 Most Expensive :Lligwy: £299,000

 Moelfre, Benllech, and Pentraeth are all considered to be a part of this community.

 Seiriol: £270,000

This includes Beauamris and Llanddona, which are located in the south-east corner of Anglesey.

Cheapest:

 Caergybi(Holyhead): £127,500

 Bro Rhosyr (includes Brynsiencyn and Gaerwen): £186,250

2-- Conwy

Most Expensive.  Uwchaled: £315,000 . Communities like as Cerigdrudion, Llanfihangel Glyn Myfwr, and Llangwm are located in the rural ward, and the demand for rural vacations has increased significantly due to the epidemic.

 Eglwysbach: £315,000   .The community located next to Glan Conwy has long been attractive and continues to be in high demand among purchasers.

3--Denbighshire

4---Flintshire

Most costly -Cilcain: £367,5000 ,Cilcain is a rural settlement located close to Mold that is home to both its original pub and community store.

 Higher Kinnerton: £306,237 ,the cost of housing is noticeably more expensive in this community, which is located on the border between England and Wales.

 Cheapest :Shotton East is priced at £118.500 and the cost of Flint Castle is £125,000.

4--Gwynedd

 Most costly is Abersoch for  £495,000 and Llanengan: £450,000. Because there is such a strong demand for vacation houses, real estate prices in the beach town and the hamlet next door continue to soar to unprecedented heights.

  Cheapest is Deiniol (Bangor): £113,500.Bowydd and Rhiw(Blaenau Ffestiniog): £115,000

 5--Wrexham

:Most costly is 420 thousand pounds for Marford and Hoseley and Rossett: £330,000.In the race to see who has the most expensive real estate in Wrexham, the villages once again come out on top.

Cheapest is Smithfield accounted for £101,000 and Wynnstay: £105,000
