Watch: Video Analysis on Nigerian Politicians vs. COVID-19

Watch a Video Analysis on Nigerian Politicians vs. COVID-19.

A young man who is probably a  pastor has vomited his heart in video coverage on the happenings in Nigeria, especially, over the issue of coronavirus, also known as COVID-19.  He condemned the Nigerian politicians whom he accused have turned COVID-19 into a business venture. He pointed out that the Nigeria Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) could not finish distributing voter's cards to Nigerians for good three (3) years, but the minister of information announced a few days ago that they have distributed one hundred billion nairas to Nigerians within three (3) days. He asked how possible is that? He also asked who among Nigerians did they distribute the money to, and confessed that the said money did not reach him. He asked Nigerians who among them received the money, of course, I did not receive the money myself, not yet. To him, every Nigerian is poor, the only rich people in Nigeria are the politicians and those they choose to favor (to me this very statement is not far from the truth).

He accused the Nigerian politicians, leaders, or political leaders of being very wicked and heartless. He noted that coronavirus has become a business among our politicians. He said that our leaders have never been sincere to Nigerians, but he thought that the issue of the COVID-19 pandemic would have changed them and made them become sincere to Nigerians even for once, and changed their mindsets toward Nigerians. He asked why they still continue to enrich themselves through this coronavirus. He also asked all the money that some patriotic Nigerians donated to the government to help fight COVID-19, which includes helping Nigerians out of poverty, especially this hard time, where is it? What did the leaders do with all the money? He asked.

He further pointed out that the presidents of other nations are doing their best to ensure that life is conducive for their citizens,  especially during this period of global COVID-19 pandemic. In doing this, he pointed out that these governments pay the landlords in their nations so that they will not have to collect house rent from their tenants. But in Nigeria, he said, the revised is the case, even the money that people donated to the Nigerian government for those that are suffering and poor people in Nigeria, the politicians have seized the money. He said that so many states in Nigeria are now claiming to have a case of coronavirus since the president has spoken on the Federal Government assisting any state with COVID-19 cases so that they will share from the money.
